Our Knowledge Base now provides comprehensive guidance on various aspects of our system. The Business Rules specify the requirements of the documents you upload in the system. Ensuring your documents meet these requirements will save time and have your workers approved faster.

Complete and return this form if you have a new worker who is already registered to a different company in the system, and you need them added to your company. Workers can be removed from your company by an administrator directly in the system. Where do I register in the system?

Select the REGISTER button at the top of the page to find the Contractor Management System where you will register your business and employees to work for PKCT. If you already have an account, select to LOGIN with your details.

What benefit does the system have for contractors?

Registration ensures contractors are qualified to work for PKCT. It allows you to keep company and worker information up to date in one place online, and to ensure your workers are qualified and compliant to safely work on site.

How much does it cost to register workers in the system?

Worker registration costs $11.50 + GST per person per year for the management of roles and verification of documents. Annual renewal costs $11.50 + GST. A tax invoice will be supplied on payment.

How do I book the site familiarisation & apply for site access cards?

After you have registered your workers in the Illawarra Contractor Management System (find the process here), you will need to book the site familiarisation training and apply for site access cards for them.

Email inductions@pkct.com.au to book site familiarisation training and to complete a site access card application form. Workers will take the signed NSW Ports Access Card application form to BSMS, who will process the their application and allocate their cards.
